Patterns are sent directly to the email you entered during checkout. If you entered your email incorrectly, send me an email, and we can work through it. Otherwise, messages can take a few minutes to deliver. Wait just a bit, or check your spam folder.

Patterns are delivered in a "zip" folder, which needs to be unzipped to a location on your device, like your desktop or files folder. Right-click the zippered folder icon and select "unzip to location" and select a convenient location where you can find your new pattern.

Some printing softwares try to resize images to fit the page. Not all patterns will work this way. While setting up the printing job, scroll down to find a "fit to page" or "scale" section (which may be inside the advanced settings) and set the print to 100% or "original size." After printing, measure the square size checkers to ensure the print is correctly sized!

When in stock, orders are typically processed in 2-3 business days, then shipped with your preferred shipping method. When out of stock, it can take up to 14 business days, particularly during the holidays. When delayed, I tend to send out periodic email updates so everyone knows the status of their order!

Patterns can be ordered internationally! Keep in mind that instructions are written in English, but do come in the common "letter" and "A4" printing sizes. Tools, however, are currently only being shipped to the US and Canada. I hope to expand internationally in the future, so check back periodically to see if shipping zones have changed.
